Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Sunday. My weekend has been OK, but I think I need a vacation.

My weekend technically starts on Thursday, my last class for the week is Thursday afternoonish, so after that it's the weekend for me.

Thursday night I covered volleyball, Reed vs. Hug.

Friday I picked up a few hours at the park and covered football, Spanish Springs at Reno.

Once I got off work Wes and I went and had a milkshake at Mel's Diner. Then we went a played blackjack at the Silver Legacy. It was crazy there! Street Vibrations is going on, so it was a mess.

Saturday morning I covered soccer, Reed vs Reno.

Then Jess and I went to get pedicures and watched Gilmore Girls for awhile. Then Wes came over and we watched some college football before going to see "Burn After Reading." It was...odd. I can't honestly say if I liked it or not. It was strange and unexpected. Brad Pitt was hilarious.

After that Wes and I went to the Nugget and played black jack. He really likes it and I know how to play, so I don't mind. So I put down $20. At one point I was up $28 and should've walked, but I didn't. I left up $5.

Then we went to WalMart before deciding to go to the Silver Legacy. We both put down $60 and lost...badly. I left with $10, so I lost $50. Bummer. We never got to go do anything for my 21st birthday, so I'm not terribly upset about losing last night.

Wes and I had a good time though. He was really cute. When we were at the Nugget it was really smoky in there and there were a few people at our table smoking. One guy went to light up and Wes asked if he would mind waiting, because I really sensitive. The guy was really cool about it too. He's so sweet.

So on this lovely Sunday I was going to decorate for Halloween but I discovered my decorations are in Roseville. That's a problem.

I'm watching Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints trounce the 49ers. The score currently doesn't reflect the game. JT O'Sullivan is not having a good day. Brees, however, who is on my fantasy team is having a very good day. I'm going to be 4-0 and still in first place. That's fantastic.

Cowboys are on in nine minutes! Go Dallas!
