A night on the town...for a girl who doesn't go out on the town.

So last night was the Jason Aldean concert that I covered for the Sparks Tribune. (I'll post a link to the concert review later). So basically it was really fun.

Afterward Wes and I met up with my roommate Jess in a lounge in the Silver Legacy called Drinx. Then we went to Brew Brothers but I wanted my first legal drink to be a Cosmo so we went to Roxy's. Cosmo's are disgusting. Wes had to finish it for me. So I hadn't eaten in about eight hours and I thought the Cosmo was pretty strong...so my head definitely was feeling the drink.

We started walking out of the casino to walk to a bar called Imperial when I saw Jason Aldean's band walking by. So I asked if we could take a picture with them. So Wes took a photo of me, Jess and the band! So that was pretty sweet.

So we went to Imperial where I decided I wasn't going to drink anything. I really hate the taste of alcohol. Even if there's only a drop of it I can stil taste it and I don't like it all.

Well Wes asked what was really light and easy to drink and ordered me a Mohito. The mint leaves were attacking me...ew. It wasn't very good either. I got pretty tipsy off of it. Then we all got hungry and ordered a pizza and it was really really good!Yum. I could go for more of their pizza now. Then someone was drinking a red bull and vodka so I had a sip. Now I hate red bull with a passion but this tasted like candy. So Wes ordered me one. And I was fairly drunk. So after I got pizza and water in me I sobered up a bit and we decided to go back to the Silver Legacy.

Ok, side note. Do people not look in a mirror before they go outside? I mean honestly. There were some people out last night...who, well, just wow. Ok I felt like I looked like a floosie, I'm not going to lie I felt like my dress was small but Jess and Wes said it looked good and not trashy. Well we saw a lot of trashy girls. First of all, don't wear a belly shirt out. That's not cool, even if you have the body for it. Just don't. There was a guy in Imperial who had one leg of his jeans ripped in half almost all the way down. I was just astonished at what some people wear. And I have nothing against girls who are a bit bigger than me, but don't wear things that hug and hug and hug and make back fat squeeze out. It's not attractive. If you wear things that you fit you nicely and hug your curves instead of SQUEEZING out your curves, you look much better.

My other thing...ok, when I'm holding a guy's hand walking with him, why are you going to hit on me? I was standing next to my boyfriend hugging him and some girl was making cat calls at him. Seriously? I will knock you on your ass real quick...so leave him alone. I just don't understand why you'd hit on someone who is obviously with someone. What's the point? You get shot down and look like an ass. This girl who was hitting on Wes was already with TWO guys and I was standing there and he had already turned her down once. Just drop it hun, you're ugly anyways.

Ok, I'm done with that now...

So Jess and I played some penny slots while Wes went to the black jack table. I lost seven bucks before I gave up. Then I decided to throw in $10 to black jack while Wes was playing for Jess. She doesn't like counting to 21 apparently so she asked him to play since he's pretty good at it.

So I bought in with $10 and cashed out at $32, so I was even for the night between pizza, penny slots and black jack. Wes walked away with $50 from the table and even on the night and Jess walked away up $20 after Wes played for her.

We made our way to another bar in the Silver Legacy where I had more water and then got a major headache so Wes and I made it home by around 3.

So yeah. Long night. Wierd for a girl who doesn't like to go out. So not a lifestyle I could or would ever want to get used to. I'm exhausted now and it's 1 p.m. So now I feel like my whole day is wasted and I want to go back to bed but I have lots to do. Boo. So yeah, I had a fun night last night but it's not really a scene I feel like getting used to.

However, I won't lie, I did feel very "Carrie" from Sex and the City walking through down town in my litle dress and stileto heels. Haha. Go me.
